Why do I need an account to purchase?
Creating an account is the easiest way to shop. Your e-mail address and password are used to protect your security. Each time you want to buy something you need to log in to the WWEEuroShop before you can enter your payment details and finalise your order. By doing this, we know that the order is coming from you.
How do I update my account information?
If your name or address has changed you can update your details after you log in or at any time through the
My Account link.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
You can request a password reminder on the
My Account page; you will need to enter the email address you used when creating your account in order to do this.
What if I have changed my email address?
You can notify us of your new email address on the
My Account page, you will need to enter the email address you used when creating your account in order to do this.
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?
You will have the option to split your order and have the in-stock items sent straight away, with the other items being sent later. If you choose this option you will be charged shipping and handling for each shipment, so the shipping and handling costs will be more than for a single shipment.
How do I cancel an order?

Can I order by phone, fax or email?
Ordering online is the most convenient way to buy from the WWE EuroShop Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at present, however you may fax or mail your order to us. To do this create your order online in the normal way, including creating your account (as described above). When you get to the final payment details page, instead of entering your payment details, press the Print Order button. You may then print out the specially formatted page.

Can I request a catalogue?
To request a catalogue, please email your name & address to contact@wweeuroshop.com stating Catalogue Request in the subject line.
Do you have a retail outlet in France?
We are a mail order company only and have no retail outlets. Unfortunately we do not hold any information regarding alternative retail suppliers.
Do you offer discounts or wholesale prices?
We are a mail order retailer and therefore we are unable to supply merchandise for wholesale.
How do I return an item?
Please advise us by fax or email that you are returning an item. All returns must contain information as to why you are returning the goods along with your customer reference number. Returns should be sent to the following address:

You are liable for all postage costs relating to returned items unless the goods are defective, of poor quality, misdescribed or not fit for their purpose. If this is the case you must email us for details on how to return these at no cost.
How do I return an item purchased from a WWE event?
Merchandise purchased at WWE events does not originate from WWEeuroshop. We are therefore unable to accept any returned merchandise from WWE events.
How long does it take for an order to ship?
Please allow up to 10 business days* (measured from the day the order ships from our warehouse - not from the order date).
If all items in your order are in-stock and you placed the order before midday, it will ship out the same day.
Pre-ordered items will not ship until the release date. The release date is listed with the item.
*Please note all cheque payments will take up to 10 working days to clear which is added to the delivery time
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept payments made by Visa or MasterCard.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Shopping with WWEeuroshop is safe. Each purchase you make is protected. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. Your order information, including your name, address, and credit card number, is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be intercepted as it travels to our ordering system and it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
Why won't my credit card go through?
WWEEuroshop uses a commercial transaction company to verify all transactions. When we do not receive an authorization from them, we do not always know the reason for this but for your protection, we have to deny access to purchase. We suggest that you review the credit card information, or use another card. If you continue to have problems please contact us at infofrance@wweeuroshop.com.
