Please feel free to contact us if you have any comments, complaints, suggestions or if you would rather not order online. Please note that we cannot accept orders by email.

You can browse the WWE EuroShop and add items to your personal shopping basket without any obligation to buy, so you can easily see what's on offer and check the prices.

To find the items you are interested in, use either the Superstars list, which appears on the left hand side of the screen, or the Category tabs along the top. These will give you a list of items matching that Superstar or Category. Click on the item name to go to that page.

Here you will find a picture and a description of the item, and its cost in either British Pounds or Euros depending on the currency you have chosen. At this stage the different currencies are for information only. You can choose which currency you actually want to pay in when you place your order

At the bottom of the page there will be an input box where you can enter the quantity that you want, or for items such as T-shirts there will be one box per size. Check the Size Guide for clothing measurement details.

To add items to your shopping basket, without any obligation to buy, enter the quantity you'd like (for each size if appropriate) and press the Add To Basket button.

Each time you add items to your basket the items will appear in the mini-basket on the right. You can also go to the main basket by clicking the 'View Basket' link in the top red bar.

You may change the quantity in the mini-basket or remove any item if you wish. You must press the Update button after changing any quantities or your changes will be lost.

Use the Continue Shopping button to go back to the last product page you viewed or you can continue browsing.

If you would like to buy the items in your basket you can press the Proceed to Checkout button. If not the items will remain in your shopping basket for 5 days, after which it will be cleared.

The first time you buy from us we will ask you to create an account. This allows us to store your name and address details.

On all future orders we will then ask you to simply sign in so that your name and address details are automatically completed on your order. This makes the ordering process much quicker for you.

If your name or address have changed you can update your details after you log in or at any time through the My Account link.

If you have items in your shopping basket these will still be there after you have created your account or logged in so you may continue with your order.

You will see a confirmation of the items ordered, with shipping and handling costs added. Fill in your payment details. These will be transferred to our server over a secure connection.

When you are sure you want to send your order press the Send Order button. Only do this if you want to buy the items shown. If you are under 18 years old please check with a parent or guardian before you send your order.

NOTE: We do not charge your credit or debit card until the point of dispatch.

Shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate, therefore you pay one price regardless of the amount of products in your order*.

*If your order value is unusually high, we reserve the right to imply a higher shipping rate. In this instance we will contact you to obtain agreement on the cost before the order is shipped.

Non Delivery :

Your order should be delivered to your door within the delivery times we specify. On occasion, there may be a small delay if it is a particularly busy time for our warehouse. If, after 10 working days your parcel has not arrived, please contact us for a delivery update.  A complete list of the countries we ship to can be found here.

If you have chosen to buy an item that is out of stock, but for which we are expecting a delivery:

UK Customers:

We may choose send your order in multiple shipments as and when then items become available. This will be done at no extra charge to you.

Please Note: We will charge your credit or debit card as and when your items are ready for dispatch.

Other Customers:

You will have the option to split your order and have the in-stock items sent straight away, with the other items being sent later. If you choose this option you will be charged shipping and handling for each shipment, so the shipping and handling costs will be more than for a single shipment.

We want you to be totally satisfied with everything you buy from us. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase simply send it back to us with a copy of the delivery note and a note explaining why you are returning the goods. Please send your returns to: WWEeuroshop Returns Dept, PO Box 10, Milton Keynes, MK8 0ZR. If the items are faulty or were sent to you in error we will refund your postage. Please read our Terms and Conditions below for full details of your right to cancel and claim a refund.

PLEASE NOTE : When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer and are not for re-sale or publication. In the event that an advertised free gift becomes unavailable WWEeuroshop reserves the right to replace item with another product of similar value. If the offer contains a promotional code this code MUST be entered online when prompted in the shopping basket, or quoted over the telephone if offer applies to phone orders.
